Return & Refund
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery if items are unused and in original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging. A $10.99 handling fee will be deducted from the refund. Refused items will be returned at the customer’s cost.
Return Procedure: Submit a return request via your account portal or [order-tracking link]. Once approved, follow the portal instructions to return via USPS using the pre-paid label provided.
Refunds: Allow 15 business days after receipt for inspection and processing. Items showing wear, use, or alterations may be rejected or partially refunded.
