Return
If you’re not satisfied and decide to refuse the item upon delivery, JIVI accepts returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery.
This policy applies to all products, including promotional and discounted items.
a. Conditions for Returns:
- Items must be unused and in original condition (including tags, labels, packaging, etc.)
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
b. Return Procedure:
Please submit a return request through your account portal and follow the instructions provided in the portal, return items via UPS, simply show the QR code received upon registering a return in the Returns Portal at the UPS location or print and affix the label provided. This label is pre-paid and pre-addressed. The return handling fee of $10.99 will automatically be deducted from your refund.

Refund
Once your package reaches our warehouse, please allow 15 business days for your return to be inspected and processed. The return handling fee of $10.99 will automatically be deducted from your refund.
To be eligible for a refund, all products must be returned in a new and unused state, in unused condition, with all tags attached to them. This includes all packaging (if applicable). We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly. Refused items will be returned to you at your cost.
